was established in 1990, with the purpose of building and managing a parking for industrial vehicles, to cover, among others, the following objectives: to facilitate mobility in the city and provide drivers with basic services for their rest.
It is located in the Transport Center of Madrid (CTM), a logistics center that due to its location and services is a strategic point for this sector. It’s 7 minutes from the centre of Madrid, next to the M-40, between the motorways A-3 to Valencia and A-4 to Andalucía and 10 km from the Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez International Airport.
